母国語は 日本語といい 英語をば 小学教育(ｼｮｰｶﾞｸｷｮｳｲｸ) 入れぬ愚かさ
Not including in the elementary school curriculum English,
Saying the mother tongue is Japanese is just foolish.
外国語 学習するは 母国語を 比較を通し 磨くものなり
Learning foreign language is to blush up one’s mother tongue,
Between languages through comparison and dialogue.
